My name is Yvette Banks and I’m a proud mum of three incredible boys, a power-lifter, a gamer, an actor, a Jill-of-all-trades, and yes… an absolutely top-tier massage therapist.
I’ve been working professionally since 2010, and my hands have helped thousands of bodies feel better, heal better, and move better.

In 2013, life threw me a plot twist: breast cancer. I had both breasts removed and kept pushing forward. I thought that chapter was closed, but in 2020 cancer tried to make a comeback. Two surgeries, more treatment on the horizon — but listen… I’m still here. I’m still fighting. And I’m still thriving.

Cancer didn’t break me, and COVID didn’t break me. Nothing is taking me out — I’ve got boys to raise, clients to care for, and a whole life full of adventures ahead of me.

Over the years, I’ve worked everywhere — luxury spas, chiropractic clinics, and alongside sports teams — gathering knowledge, technique, and wisdom like badges of honour. Eventually I knew it was time to take everything I’d learned and create something of my own. That’s how my business was born: with intention, passion, and a commitment to real healing.

Every session I give is personalised.
I listen to your body, your lifestyle, your stress, your goals — and I build the massage experience around you. I also believe deeply in consistent self-care, because massage shouldn’t just feel good in the moment… it should change how you move through life.
